Horrors Unlimited Productions creates custom video for all your needs.
Whether you have windows, cell doors, mirrors, a projection system or you just need to add some depth in a hallway, we can create media that will work for you. Adding media to your attraction can add a sense of realism that cannot be created with props alone. Adding depth to your Haunt is challenging when you have to use most of the available space. Using video allows you to overcome this obstacle in ways such as adding a projection screen at the end of a hallway - this instantly gives you the illusion of a longer or even infinite hallway. Projections can also be used to create ghost images in your haunt. Combined with glass you can get the Haunted Mansion dancing ghost effect. This effect can be applied to windows for a creepy effect of ghost looking through your windows. Some of the Haunts we visited had very small cells that were too small for even a good actor scare or a prop. These small areas are great places for video as they are small flat set ups where you can run video of, for example, a cannibal consuming their latest victim. Also, many haunts have doors that do not open or windows that remain black. These areas are ideal for adding video to let your customer see why the door is locked and why they do not want to go through it or let them see what lies on the other side of the window adding to the suspension of disbelief as they feel they are no longer inside a Haunted House but a whole new world. Video is also a great way of furthering the story and giving direction in your Haunt whether it be custom video playing on a TV in a room or using a narrator on a monitor like the onw seen in movies like SAW.

Horrors Unlimited Productions produces haunting audio in Stereo and 5.1 Surround Sound
Horrors Unlimited Productions has recently invested in equipment to be able to mix, master and generate 5.1 Dolby Digital Audio with our new editing suite. We have recently put this new gear to the test when we did the audio for Haunt Crawl Vol 2 Home Haunt Edition, as we released the DVD and Blu-ray in Surround Sound. Suround Sound has become the standard for home video and theatrical releases for the past 10+ years and now its ready to help you add this new dimension for your attraction. 5.1 Surround can be easily integrated into your attraction by adding a DVD palyer and Surround Sound speaker system or just a Media Player and speaker system. Surround Sound gives you the opportunity to have your audio come from 5 different directions and the abilty to have a sub channel for true low bass rumble effects.
How can this help you?
If you have multiple props in a room, for example, five talking skeletons, then each one can have their own soundtrack and speaker. This results in your scene having a new sense of realism because the sound can now come from each individual skeleton . Audio is truly an untapped dimension in the Haunted Attraction industry - so much effort is placed on props and lighting and we feel that now is the time to top off the haunted experience with some killer sound. 5.1 Audio is a great solution for rooms and even mazes as it truly unlocks your space and can help you create fear and disorientation in your customers.
